This Expert Coach in Personal Success and Self Motivation also has far-reaching education with courses such as “Coaching for Supervisors” (in which he also certified Supervisors for refresher training in order to maintain their Peace Officer status), and “Leadership in the Workplace.” Lamonte’s experience as a Certified Instructor transitioned him well into the corporate setting, as he has spoken to several professional business services & agencies motivating them to be excellent with their fellow associates, clients and management teams. He is the author of two books: The Teenager’s Guide to Making Excellent Decisions (LFI 2006), and Chasing Excellence in the Black Community (LFI 2005).”
